This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, how we keep it secure, and how you can access it, correct it or make a complaint. If we collect your information from someone else, we take reasonable steps to make sure you are aware of this policy and of how we handle your information.

You can ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the message, replying to ask us to stop, or contacting us using the details in section 12. We will action your request promptly. Our electronic marketing is also handled in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) (see section 7).
Service messages about a job you have engaged us for, such as scheduling, access and completion updates, are not marketing and will continue while we are working with you.
Where we send commercial electronic messages by email or SMS, we comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), which is administered by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). This means we will:

Some of our service providers (for example, cloud hosting, CRM, email and SMS platforms) may store or process information outside Australia. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in a way consistent with the APPs, as required by APP 8.
We are committed to handling personal information securely. If we experience a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to individuals whose personal information we hold, and we are unable to prevent that likely harm through remedial action, we will respond in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This includes assessing suspected eligible data breaches, generally within 30 days, and, where required, notifying affected individuals and the OAIC.
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Contact us using the details in section 12. We will respond within a reasonable time. In most cases there is no charge to access your information, although we may pass on reasonable costs in some circumstances.
